1＃ Go ToHi,
In the previous event I have selected some frags and it was sent to my mailbox. I cannot extract it
, It states that I have a full inventory but my inventory isn't full. I been deleting some of the items and still the same

Hello, I would suggest trying to open some old optional packs or sell some items that you do not need from your inventory.
I got rid of a lot and sold some stuff as well, still the same. I thought it might be the fuku optional pack so I open that, and the frags are still stuck in my mailbox.

Hello,
In order to clear up this error, if clearing out your bag does not work, please try going to the Refinement system in the Ninja interface and refining old fragments of ninjas. This should clear up your issue.
