My Jiraiya Toads Chant Mystery Skill didn't work on the NPC at Team Instance, Ultimate Training, or any Instance.

i am talking about the Barrier that can lock enemy's Mystery (Creating Barrier Skill) for 2 rounds.

its work on PvP, but didn't on the NPC Ninja.

this image is showing my Jiraiya's Barrier active, but the enemy Hashirama still c*e his Jungle Barrier.
