Yeahh cool still can't join matsuri ever since lvl cap, asked today a friend of mine to log me and try he can't register me on matsuri either lol

Alright, just got word back. There is some kind of issue specifically with the affected accounts. The devs are working on it at this point, but do not have an ETA for a fix yet. If you have been affected by this, put in a CS ticket so that they know your account has been affected and can fix it. Hopefully this gets fixed soon

I'm close to leveling up to 115.

After the last Game Update with New Level caps is when all these people started having problems. (Me Included)

So I'm going hard to level up to 115 and see if it clears the problem so I can do Matsuri again.... It's been 3 weeks of no Rewards from Matsuris through the week.

Have you put in your ticket, yet?
Also please make sure you do*ent the missing matsuris so you can try to get compensation for this.

Yes I am aware it has not been fixed yet. We are still working on isolating the problem. In the meantime, we are setting up for compensation for the bug.
It sounds like you had issues with your ticket. What issue did you experience? Were you unable to send one in?
