Alright, now that I see the screenshots, this definitely looks like you are unable to maintain a stable connection to the game server.
Please try these steps (in this order and don't skip any), it may resolve your issue:
1) Clear the Client Cache
2) Flush your DNS Cache
3) Reboot the PC (To be extra sure, reboot the Modem/Router too)
If your problem persists, there are only a few options left:
1) Trying some VPN programs (try all of the VPN servers each one offers to find one that works best for you)
2) Waiting a while for it to resolve/settle down
3) Contacting your ISP for assistance.
Hopefully the first set of steps will resolve the issue for you. If not, a VPN clears up the issue for most players.

i've done all of the above steps before i posted this ofc and no it did not work im S98 uk region lvl 113 atm and the only other isuue i seen was in training grounds when u attck the npc with ur gold/bronze/silver keys it just keeps loading can't even skip the 5 sec, aswell as the wanted mission guys
.... Its weird though i logged 3 other acc on same pc and client and i could do matsuri on them also ppl from my grp and others have the same problem they cant register

Monday Matsuri didn't Load for me. I asked a Friend to try and do My Matsuri and he lives in another Country. He did his Matsuri on his Account but Couldn't do Mine.
Don't say it's a Problem on my end where as His Matsuri ran fine on his account but couldn't do mine from his Computer.

OK, I have not gotten word back on this yet. There have been several people affected that we are aware of, but it is not affecting very many people, so we do not think there is anything wrong with the event itself. Once I hear back more definitively I will let you know. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Alright, just got word back. There is some kind of issue specifically with the affected accounts. The devs are working on it at this point, but do not have an ETA for a fix yet. If you have been affected by this, put in a CS ticket so that they know your account has been affected and can fix it. Hopefully this gets fixed soon

Yes I am aware it has not been fixed yet. We are still working on isolating the problem. In the meantime, we are setting up for compensation for the bug.
