Free cloth actually sounds good but if it the event is containing the entire world, note that there are level restricted areas. I hope it's like mission trade and working in the general part of world map. To be honest for anniversary, i thought that one 24 days-check in event would be here. A free cloth for everyone, boys are generous as always :D
