I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed. :( Unfortunately, this event has a built in 14-day timer before being available to new servers. It looks like your server opened June 30th, meaning that Crazy Slots will, unfortunately, not be available to you this cycle. However, you should be well outside the 14-day window once the event rolls back around again.
