Can't get obito frags

They got sent to my mail like this but when I try to extract them I get the above error. I do have ton of stuff in my inventory so i thought maybe it was a legit conflict but even after clearing a lot of packs I was sitting on I still cant get the frags. Hello,
This usually happens when players have a large amount of ninja fragments in the Refinement section, causing it to be full. Can you please try doing some refinement to see if this clears up the issue?
