It's been a while since I've done great plates. It hasn't changed much but here are my results

Actually a crazy "value" number right here, from spending around 20k coupons you could get around 150k value. But keep in mind that this value mostly comes from those skill trial packs, so if you are not in a dire need of those it might not be as worth. Still a decent 40-50k value from cave keys + epic refines + potions to consider.
