Whenever the Fission Clone is summoned, it should execute the Fission Particle style Jutsu but it does only at the beginning of the battle, not every time it is summoned anew. It should use Fission Particle style jutsu when he is anew summoned not at the beginning of the battle, even after he dies and res he still doesnt do it. So I believe its a bug
