This error should only persist when logging in through the client. Please try to log in through the website. You should be able to log in there just fine (considering you are on the forum), and you can bind your account there.

Unfortunately, with the additional security added to Google, if adding 2fa does not fix this error, there is no other way to log in, so you will have to bind your account as mentioned above.
