well best are Edo Itachi BT, KArin taka and seal Tsunade but these are expensive, if you want cheap ninjas look for Rin (3* Rin is realy anoing for her mystery dmg reduction and imunity to death from chases) and Hinata wedding is good for 45% dmg reduction, Summer Kurenai is good for genjutsu miror and imunity breaking control. 4* gaara is fine too. If you want akatsuki or hidden mist team best chose is Suigetsu Taka and last i can thing now is Hiruzen Hokage successor
