I believe there is no such website yet. Even if there are, they aren't allowed to share it in this forum. You can perhaps get our friendly ninjas to share what they have gotten from survival trial.

I have personally gotten yamato, sound ninja, kabuto, guy frags, seal scroll and other materials.

Asuma, Kimimario, seal scrolls, all the pain frags.

I think they can give you a lot, like the frags to each ninja, it's just rare.

Wiki might just be allowed. Many other website are just su*ious y'know. Security reasons. :P
And I didn't say that the drops would be a secret, I just said that there is no such website that provides this information.

Theres no website yet.
But the chances of getting a ninja are slim.
Just wake up do the trials and cross your fingers
