1＃ Go ToDear Support,
Today I signed up for Sage World Battle and selected the tick box to enter automatically, and then I went to Ninja interface while waiting for the nine minutes, to go though my back pack. My Main account entered fine, but my Alt account failed to enter. When I saw this, I went to Daily Practise to enter manually, and I could not! It even looked like I did not sign up. Please take a look and investigate why this bug occurred. Normally I am scared to exit the Sage interface because I felt this problem could occur. Please send me my rewards for the event.
The rules say when event opens there will be 5 minutes to enter. Why did my registration fail?

Hello,
I have heard reports of this happening to players very rarely. The workaround to this is to stay in the SWB interface the entire time and not change interfaces, which I appreciate can be a considerable waste of time. At this point you can send a ticket in to the in game CS platform to tell them of the bug and have them investigate it. Here is a link. https://support-center.oasgames.com/

Yes, I concede this problem is very rare for me, and I feel it may have happened in the past but since then I have always kept the interface open to avoid this problem.
So by creating a thread here, does Support not receive my report?
