I reviewed your video, and it looks like Naruto "ignites" after you use Deidara's mystery on him. The reason he is healing is because he is not ignited. Deidara's mystery causes Clay Binding to a target, which looks very similar to ignite. He only causes irremovable ignition to the target if the target was already suffering from clay binding (which in this case, Naruto was not).
