I had 40 boxes to open at the end of the week, and I got the rewards inside the boxes for them. I was just prevented from gaining new boxes for a few days and from getting the points/redeemables gained from them.

Please, lets not be dishonest. We do not get that boxes for those items and heaven forbid anyone buys them for that. We get them for points to use in shop, that's the main reason. You think I bought 15 boxes for items? No, I bought them for 150 points that, if event wasn't disabled, would let me buy 12 powerful packs on Wednesday which I intended to open for training potions. Thats 240 potions.
Yes, there are those Edo Release Madara 50 frags, but we both know drop rate for them is very low (not that you can recruit him with 50 frags alone anyway).
Unlikely to be compensated, say the devs are on vacation right now )) after come up with something else, after all, treasure cards have already been removed from Nan til, so that the players, God forbid, didn't get anything for free.
Devs have holiday, which makes me wonder who updated client then considering it looks different than yesterday
Well and compensation ...... An oasis in its own style, save up for ninja fragments, I thought at least coupons will give but he gave a lot of ggarrbbage. For those who bought boxes in general, a spit in the face.
At this point compensation has been received by all servers, so I will be closing down this thread. Compensation was roughly worth an entire week's redeems, but without the bonuses from the boxes, so that puts everyone a little ahead of what they would have when the early boxes are already opened. I hope the power from these boxes is enjoyable to everyone, and apologize if you feel that this reward was subpar. Hopefully the next time MGM comes around we will not have to worry about this bug again and the event can proceed as normal.
