As Trilani mentioned, the event was temporarily suspended due to a bug. At present we do not know if the event will return by week's end, but we advise holding onto any unopened MGM boxes until then. We also do not know if compensation will be received for the loss of the event, but I have put in a blanket request that compensation be sent out for all servers as a result of the event being suspended.
If you have been individually affected, please send in a ticket through the in game CS platform explaining your individual loss so that you can be individually compensated for what you spent.

Thank you so much for your kind and understanding reply. Oasis would be better-liked and more players would be retained if Oasis sincerely showed caring attitude more.
Players like myself might even become Pay 2 Play instead of F2P. I stay F2P because I see how I am treated and mostly I feel upset with examples like this. I await to see whether we get compensation, and whether it is equitable or not.

I understand, and am deeply regretful that you have not been treated as you deserve. :( I hope that moving forward this can be fixed.
We have put forth a request to the devs that compensation be given for this event, however, it is currently a big holiday in CN, so of course nothing has been implemented yet. We ask that you please give us patience as we work on this and try to get compensation for the lost event. If all of you have serious suggestions and feedback as to what kind of compensation should be given for this error, please feel free to append them to this thread. Again, serious compensation only. No 3 dangos, no 100 Shisui fragments. Actual appropriate compensation for the loss of the 50 boxes and points, and I will send in the preferred feedback.
As mentioned previously, anyone that purchased boxes rather than simply replying on free boxes from the missions should submit a ticket to the in game CS platform to inquire about compensation for their personal loss.
Can we at least get info what to do with missiopn packs?
At this point we would advise waiting as long as possible to open any existing MGM gift packs in the hope that the event will be reinstated late today, but it is unlikely that this will happen since the dev team is still on holiday. Open your packs when you feel comfortable doing so and put in a CS ticket as previously mentioned. Hopefully we can get this satisfactorily resolved for everyone.
I had 40 boxes to open at the end of the week, and I got the rewards inside the boxes for them. I was just prevented from gaining new boxes for a few days and from getting the points/redeemables gained from them.
What about redeemable rewards stemming from the boxes. Is there a preference here?
At this point compensation has been received by all servers, so I will be closing down this thread. Compensation was roughly worth an entire week's redeems, but without the bonuses from the boxes, so that puts everyone a little ahead of what they would have when the early boxes are already opened. I hope the power from these boxes is enjoyable to everyone, and apologize if you feel that this reward was subpar. Hopefully the next time MGM comes around we will not have to worry about this bug again and the event can proceed as normal.
