Extremely rare? Dude last time i looked at it he was in mission trade boxes as a freebie and there is nearly not a single cycle which he is not in :D I didn't even spend a single coupons to get him. He's far far away than being rare.
In the last month I used every available means of buying his frags. There was a single instance of him being around and even then the amount of frags I could buy was capped to 100 so I was unable to 4 star him. Mission trade boxes can go * themselves, havent got anything from those trough the 5 years I played this game. Now I got excited that I might get his remaining frags for free, but in a second realized that its only for new players. Its almost like oasis is out there to * with me specifically.
