The bad take on this is that a new account can easily have a 4* Madara ETR and kick the * of old player that don't have it, so why not just start again in a nwew account for the sake of fairness.
Dude, if your account is "old" and you still don't have him, you deserve to lose.
You guys just found something new to complain against even though it won't change ANYTHING for you.
Either your account is like a few weeks old and you might as well start a new one if you want a free 4* Choji + 3* Madara, or your account is a few months old and you should already have etr or not be far from it (if you don't have him, you should have enough power not to be bothered by new players having a little 3* Madara).
And once again, if you're f2p and you want something in particular, just SAVE your coupons.
