anyone know hat cloaked mode is?

Apparently it makes him elusive for a round, I.E he can't be targeted by mysteries as well as him reviving himself if he were to die this round.

Would anyone also know what the Sealing Jutsu his clones do is supposed to do exactly?

Supposedly it increases the targets mystery chakra cost by 20
