So there's no real explanation here but it your team will do 3% more damage to tailed beast ninjas.

At max rank 8 it goes up to 30%

Honestly this is a great amount of bonus damage BUT how will you know if you are fighting versus tailed beasts So I recommend using it mostly in PvE content such as ninja exams versus tailed beasts or so

around 45k power gain for me from level 1>10 + 2 nodes
