Can somebody tell me whats going on here? After recharge i got all ingots but i do not receive flowers + my ingots do not calculate in infinity tsukuyomi rebate???

Chek this out... in my casei have 290 flowers and because i want to go for Ino flowers event and go for the first place my decision was... RECHARGE. And now im fck up, need 300 and my flowers is 290... cant even finish this...

I will wait your comment about this and rewards ofc from ino event.

Btw i have a video in my phone about this patetic problem...

    At present, recharges are working, but there is currently an issue where recharge progress in events may be delayed by up to 24 hours. For Infinite Tsukuyomi this will not be much of an issue since you will simply get credited by tomorrow. For ino's flowers, however, due to the timing of the event this is obviously more of an issue. You will need to create a ticket with your video and screenshots and submit the ticket. Here is the link to the CS platform.

<--- This is the link for Customer service. Go there and click on Naruto Online, next step is Question Categories from there you need to click on recharge problems and you will see a drop down menu from there click on OTHER and CHECK QUICK SOLUTIONS. Then you need to write your method of payment, server ID, your character name and description of the problem. Upload a screenshot if you have and its done.. submit the ticket. easy

Not yet but we working on it I just sent to them transaction proofs of payments ( i've got this do*ents from the bank) so i think everything will be ok, we just need some patience

We so deeply sorry for the trouble caused the the recharging bug. Here is your compensation based on the amount of ingots you recharged during this period. The ingots you recharged will be credited for events on Monday at the latest. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We wish you a good time in game.

This is from technical staff and yeah i'm still waiting for better compensation.
