  • Giving Shikaku Nara's frags in TWO events makes no sense. Most people probably have him 4 stars if not 5 as it can be bought for free in the exchange shop. What were they thinking??

You c*ways use it to BT him easier, or if you don't want just reforge the leftover frags.
