Hello.

It either get stuck at 14% or it tells you to contact our support. It can't give both messages (at least I have never met with this before). Could you please screen for me this message ? Also check if your connection is stable.

It stops loading at 14%, waits for a while, then says "Connection failed. Please contact customer service for assistance."

Same problem here. I can open any web, my connection is stable. But i cant login using mini client or even facebook
