Hello, I was informed that the Google+ login method was removed from the miniclient. However, there is a method to bypass the Google+ login, binding an email to your account. You can do this through your User Center, which can be found in the li
nk provided below. If you do not see an option to bind your email, you c*so set a security email and use that to login.
It will not let me bind the account because it says it already exists.

I contacted customer service yesterday and I still have not heard back. It seems it would be easy if they just changed the password for us but no answer yet. I also noticed that the account does not have any security recovery options. Why is that? This may be a sign to move on.
At this time the work around for me is to use an older client as it has the Google+ login option.

If it is stating that you already have the email account in use, that means that the email you are using is registering as an account already. If you are unable to use this email address, then I suggest adding a security email to your account, as this will allow you to login using that email address as well. If you have access to your user center, through the li
nk I sent above, you can add security methods there.
Thank you. Adding a security email account is not an option. The account security section of my account is blank and there are no options to add any form of security. Its going on the second day and customer support has not responded.
