This is my concept for Night Guy, basically as you can see, you require 200 fragments to recruit him, making it the ONLY ninja starting off with 5 Stars, his moveset was made to be powerful but in exchange for him dying fast, making him a glass cannon.
He is NOT supposed to be a F2P Unit and he will be a Unit you can require from Infinite Tsukuyomi Rebate at at least 50.000 Ingots.
