I believe that the problem is with the server, since opening the server I have found a reasonable number of players who cannot access it, in addition to having tried with different devices and ips and without success. I already have an open ticket with the support team who responded quickly and said they would pass the case on to the technical team. But, unfortunately they still haven't fixed the error.
