This is a strategy for manual PvP, for example Convoy/Plunder, Sage Battlefields, Ninja War, Sakura Matsuri, duels etc

As the title shows, it's a glass cannon team where you try to kill your opponent within the 2nd-3rd turn.

The setup is:

Talents:

Turn 1: Use Neji mystery to control and trigger sasuke's ignition + chameleon, and use Sasuke's mystery. (asuma gives 20 extra chakra at start)
Turn 2: Use main mystery, you will almost always cast mystery first because of your positioning. Your mystery will acupuncture due to Neji's chase.
Turn 3: Use Sasuke's mystery, and by then the enemy team should be critically low, unless your enemy is much stronger than you.

Why is this a glass cannon?

Because it hits hard and fast. Like really hard. With the correct talents plus Asuma and Sasuke's buff, it adds up to a whopping 140% boost in Ninjutsu and Taijutsu. (even greater multiplier than wind empress teams)

But since it's a glass cannon, it won't be without weakness. Your main counter is fire mains or Kurenai, because they will often reflect the paralysis and screw up your combo or control your Neji. (due to root of warrior, any reflected debuff will ALWAYS go to your Neji because everyone else is immune ...)
Puppets are also your weakness. Since Neji can't block clones/puppets and you might risk getting your main/Neji damaged/controlled.
The last glaring weakness is Asuma 's buff. It requires your ninja to have 100% hp or the buff goes away. So any kinda of damage that goes through Neji's rotation can risk lowering your damage by almost 1/3.

This is my main team that I have been using for a while in s34 (since i got neji 2*) so please let me fix something for you :) Please assume that all the example in my post is for pvping with same lv/power player
0: I wouldn't call this team glass cannon. It is one of the most balanced team in the game so far (for free player). Glass cannon is what you call a Wind main with Orochi sannin and Shurado. Their mystery hit for * 3k damage but they get destroyed if they can't kill the enemy and let the enemy touch their @ss

1: Use the 2nd chase and Snake summon is better especially since you're trying to burst down a target at turn 2.

2: Place main and neji on the front, that way neji can absort some of the damage for your main. Yes 90% he will die at turn 3 but the rest of your team can still get 6-7 combo, also your enemy team should have been destroyed hard after turn 2

3:
due to root of warrior, any reflected debuff will ALWAYS go to your Neji because everyone else is immune ...
This is wrong, the deflected para can go to anyone in your team. It has a 25% chance to go to your neji which still give you 6-7 combo (like i said above)

4: Asuma is actually a good choice if you haven't got asuma wb. It is because we are currently in the Tobi meta where he can 80% dodge your first mystery. Having normal Asuma will give you 2 mystery at turn 3 with guarantee you a combo on Tobi. Also if the fight going for too long asuma will start to combo every-single-turn and screw up the rest of the enemy team.

5: DONT.REFINE.ANY.EQUIPMENT.ON.SASUKE

0: well, I lose if I don't cast mystery first or the enemy survives, like earth mains. Or are you talking about your team?
3: I have tested this. It somehow always goes to my neji. Tried a good 20 times with same results. I'm guessing root of warrior makes it so all other sword ninjas can't be the target of a transferred debuff.

otherwise that is a good looking variation of team!
