    Maybe.. if ur in really new server, like 80+, stuff changes.

    Both of those chars are good, Imo.
I am pretty sure he is talking about German server. All servers on English version got same login rewards.

  • While this is true, we kind of got the short end of the * with him. We started July 20th which was in the middle of the month, thus resulting in none of us having the chance to get him to three stars. That thought is a little disheartening....
That is why we had his fragments in one of old events.
