Hello,

I was refining and kept on clicking "auto refine" because I had a lot of refining equipment. I kept pressing and I was upgrading more than I thought I had so I kept on clicking "auto upgrade". When I got done (took seconds), I realized it used all of my coupons and ingots. I had quite a bit of both. I remember the same problem happened to someone else and support said they could not refund them.

Is there anything that I could do. I do not want to lose what I spent. I should have been careful.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do
