Hello, I have heard a few different reports about Puffin failing to load, some have found success with clearing the browser data saved within Puffin (option found in the menu), while others have found some success in downloading a previous version of Puffin. If neither of these works, you might need to research another Flash-operable browser to use while these issues are ongoing.
