If you have him just try him, don't care about ignite or enemy control. LM gives protection vs basic one and your Zabuza (if your pos1 is stacked) kills enemy backline before they can drop linked chase combo anyway. VS like you said 30% weaker Shisui setups that can beat you now Zabuza will win. There is no other reliable setup, its as good as you can get.

Indra, oro and jirayia works only in arena (in arena he is not a problem anyway) so that's not a solution at all, you will get absolutly rekt with those 3 in normal fight

For me my Tam with Indra works good. Arena or Not. As Long as the enemy hasnt more BP.

But i have 200k BP. Dont know how it will work for higher BP
