sai swim helps a lot, he gets ink debuff and you get him of your back for 2 rounds. Managed to beat him in Arena
This has now been nerfed, so it is now a lot less reliable. The most reliable for me so far has been Itachi kimono + gnw orochi, to secure the barrier round 1, after popping the dodges.
