What time zone are you in, and what is your server's time zone?
This most often happens when someone is in a different time zone from their server. For whatever reason, the daily sign in is set to local time. The daily sign in calendar will roll over to the next month but be listed as everything having been completed. If this is your issue, you can get around it by logging in while it is the correct day both in your server and in your real time zone. You should also be able to get around this issue by manually adjusting your computer's time to that of your server.

hmmm changed the time and date of the computer still did not work. tried phone as well changed time to server time still doesntbwork still the same 28 days......... sad

well totally missed him its already february sign up ninja. i guess im not thenonly one that experienced it. hopefully someone in oasis could help. its kinda painful since i was diligently doing sign ups perfectly just to end up in the 31st as null sadt.

lots of times if you click on the reward before and then click back it works. have had that happen plenty of times.

gman69 is correct. If you are on the correct month and the reward is not displaying, simply click to a different day's reward and the claim *on should refresh.

However it looks like this is not your issue.You missed the signin due to being in a different time zone than your server. You will need to create a customer support ticket to get this issue resolved. Here is the link.

And again, make sure to sign in when it is both the right server time and the right local time if you are going to play offset from your server.
