So reduce their ability to dodge chase, use undodgeable chases, or both.Or attack with high damage mysteries and/or that spread those debuffs you want. Or use a character than can remove other ninjas from the battle field. Or use remove immunity and control to lock down the ninja from at least attacking you. Etc. There are lots of options. It's called adapting and overcoming.
The game changed from relying solely on long chases a long time ago. If you can get them, great. But you cannot rely solely on having a full chase every time. In your example, imagine if I get irremovable paralysis on your Indra before you attack. You aren't going to chase anyways. So what's your battle plan going to be? How will you adapt?
It has been reduced/nerfed. Not just 6P but generally every units who dodge chase. Correct me if I'm wrong. Once, long ago, if anybody can recall Madara 5 Kage Summit and Madara Great Ninja War both have this passive which stated "this unit is immune to chase". Immune means 100%, no fail. I think of the same case for ETR, before his breakthroughs released. However, now the passive is just high chances. That's a nerf to me.
