That problem happens every so often. Here is what has worked for me in the past:

1. Recconect to the puffin server via the tiny... menu? on the bottom left corner (Figure A).

Sometimes you will have to recconect a few times for it to fix.

2. Wait around 8 minutes and refresh. The problem tends to fix itself by then.
