There isnt a "best" one, it just depends on what you prefer
whether its controlling team, high attacking damage team, high defense team and such

hmm then maybe try water
shark bomb + dissection blade + neurotoxin work well together and immobilizes your opponent.
if your initiative is high enough, you can immobilize them before they use their mysteries, and they just cant move at all.

fire can form a controlling team as well, but those talents unlock at 45 and 50
so you gotta wait till then

edit: later on when you reach lvl 60 you can switch your class, and as you level, you will eventually be able to unlock all classes c:
so not to worry if you think you have chosen the wrong class

you can change it for free every 24 hr, if you want to change it before the cool down it costs ingots

definitely lightning

wind does pretty good damage too, but its harder to form a team with her passives which are very ninja specific
