Login: System Error at %14
Was playing just fine for 2 months, now this happens out of the blue
I have cleared my computer's cache and the browser
Not sure how you clear the mini client's cache aside from hitting "Clear up system." in the settings which didn't seem to do anything but restart just to show the %14 error again.
- It's been 3 days now
- I can't log in to any LA servers, but I can log into NY
- $150 invested and this is how it ends? I'm not gonna start on another server if this is just gonna happen again, especially if its permanent
Hello,
This particular failure means that you are unable to establish a connection to the game servers. We've had a lot of issues with this recently with some routing stations in some countries not working properly. The recent volcanic eruption caused some issues as well, though I believe many of those issues are on their way towards being fixed, and if this has only been three days it might be another issue.
Fortunately, the fact that you're able to connect to some servers and not others is good news, since it means it almost certainly is just a problem with which servers you are routing through. The fix for this is to run a VPN that will route you around the problem. You may not get as much good performance as without it(normally), but you should be able to connect if you can find the right VPN. Just make sure you try multiple VPNs or multiple servers to get around the issue. And, fortunately, once whatever errors are plaguing those servers are fixed, you won't need to use the VPN anymore.
Hope this helps, thanks!
