I'd say save your pack until the next fireworks. In case that you can complete hiruzen or Kakashi.I personally finished my Kakashi Summer (Had exactly 35 frags before the event)
But on my other server that lacks better ninjas, I am saving my pack so I can try and get Hiruzen if the next fireworks contains the same pack, which knowing Oasis, it will.
