For Assist cards we recommend to use a card that will help your primary damaged scale.

So for Jiraya YA you have a few options.

You can scale his Repulse with the Sasuke card. You can Scale his Knockdown with the Karin Card. You c*e Torune to scale as well. And at last, Tenten is also a great card for II.

Torune can be used for every II trial as he is the Generalist of scaling for II since every enemy in II has a Level 3 immunity.
