HK servers, europe etc didnt try tbh. Puffin and maxthon work fine but when i login from client its super slow and get exceed request time errors

Hello, based upon the testing that we have done, it would appear as if there is a server down located close to the game's server. I would suggest contacting your ISP and asking them if there is a way to correct the error, or using a VPN to login, which will likely require using most or all of the servers available within the VPN to bypass the issue.

well, ISP doesnt notice any problem on my end... Installing of new client didnt solve problem, flushing DNS didnt do anything, using VPN is not helping either...
apparently flash/hud/ loading isnt working properly... so are you going to push devs to actually fix it?

Yeah I get black screen. I hope they will give compensation cause I haven't been able to finish all my events and activities

From discussing it with different users, and different ISPs, and from what has helped them, it appears as if this outage has been caused by the volcanic eruption, which has caused a large amount of issues with certain servers, and the only way to bypass it is to find a VPN and a VPN server that allows you to bypass the servers that are down. However, the servers are diligently trying to correct issues and are doing so as quickly as they can.

I've tried VPN in the US, Japan, Mexico and Netherlands. It doesn't work. Please fix this.

Well, direct connection from Czech Republic is fixed.
You can try to find a VPN from here, if that wont help till its fixed globally.
