usually they merge servers from the same clusters or so, however i think iv seen the case of server 1000+ merged with under 200 (not sure how or why) but in most cases they merge servers close to each other, sometimes you get merged with heavy whale driven server and its painful yeah...

Hello, typically server merges do not have a vast difference in age. If you feel like you have been significantly inconvenienced by this, feel free to create a CS ticket and explain the cir*stances to them.

Yeah that is true. But our older servers had 21 days more to play than we had. + Oldest one idk how much days, because it is not on forum for some reason, but it will be 21+ days anyway. I can make around 3k cps per week so only with comparsion with that "younger" servers, players like me are 9k behind them, probably 12k behind oldest server and 12k cps is pretty huge amount for not whale players.

Additionally, when servers are merged, the younger servers get better merged server rewards packs. I believe it is something like 200-400 coupons for the oldest servers in a merge and up to 2,000 coupons for the newer servers, though this can vary based not he exact ages of the servers in question, so there are better rewards given out for the younger servers.

So they probably forgot send cps for us. But even if they did, 2k cps is still nothing to compare with 12k+ cps advantage. But me and other ppl from our server will be happy for 2k too, if we can get it somehow, bcs from events we have nothing useful at all. Like 2 advanced runes is best thing from whole event + free ninja which no one will use probably, but still, that are rewards for everyone.

It doesn't get sent out so much as it's available. There should be a new icon at the top of your screen labeled something like "Merged Server Compensation" or something like that. Look for that.

i dont know if is a bug or is intended but the reward is given only once lifetime and is sort of "random" meaning some people get it and some dont, the people that dont get it they might get it next merge and the people who got it in 1st merge dont get it in 2nd... same with the 3rd with people that didnt got in in neither 1st or 2nd, and i'd assume that is for how many times the server is merged (my personal record is 4 merges on same server i think)

I got nothing after merge on all my 3accs. All what I got was just things, which got everyone from all servers = it is not compensation.
