Break golden eggs event doesnt work for me

I have enough coupons, but whenever I click on the golden egg, it simply doesn't consume my coupons and says "not enough hammer". How can I fix this issue or am I doing something wrong? Am I supposed to buy those hammers seperately? Also, is that event breaking golden eggs worth it? Please enlighten me.

  • "Recharge 50 ingots to get an extra hammer" . So you need recharge if you want get hammers.

Oh, thanks for enlightening me. Now I see why I couldn't get to break em.
