Why does Ibiki disables himself with his own mystery?

When did they nerfed him?

  • Its always been like that. You c*e fire main if you want ibiki to reflect status effect to the opponent if you want.

I know about Fire main use, but Ibiki was like this when I confronted it in an Arena:

So, you see, only TARGET would suffer from torture, and not Ibiki himself.

I know how it is now. I can read.

Im just saying that it was not like this before, and I know it because I played a lot in an Arena ranked battle (more than a year ago) against him.
