So, ive made a few recharges in my years playing this game. Occasionally, ive encountered a problem where i have had to contact support. Here's the thing, when it comes to problems with recharging or getting rewards or codes from events after meeting the recharge requirements. When it comes to asking support for help, they often ask you for a screenshot of your order number. How do we give this to them if we cant find our recharge history/ order number history. Ok fair i could have screenshotted my order number when i made the purchase but, most of the time the recharges are reliable and give you what you expect to get from them so im sure i speak for most people when i say, not many of you think to screenshot your order number at the time of the purchase. So my point to this is, maybe we could get some information on how to find our recharge/order number history? or if there isnt a way yet, could we get one added please?
