Hello, this is typically caused by a file not loading correctly, or an improper connection to the game's servers. I would suggest clearing the client cache, flushing DNS cache, then restarting your PC and see if you still experience this.

Okay, then you will have to try either a clean reinstall of the miniclient (uninstalling the client and reinstalling it) or trying a different version of the miniclient.
