Hey guys!

So two quite obvious choices. +2 is for damage-type Tsunade, Y is for support-type. I personally think she's more suited to be a support so Y is my recommendation

+2 is safer for bonds/GNW but Y is the better choice because of def/res buffs and canceling debuffs

+2 is a good buff and makes Tsunade do more chases = more standard attacks = more healing and def/res scaling

Y is also great if your Tsunade dies quickly. But if she can survive enemy mysteries I'd recommend +2 for the bonus healing and scaling

Definitely go with +2 for extra standard attacks

Y has a decent synergy with her passive 2 though

Hard choice, If you are versus immune enemies +2 might be good (you can trigger it easily with her mystery and chase Y)

On the other hand, Y gives you debuff immunity which helps a lot with not getting controlled

Breakthrough priority:

Passive 2 > Standard Attack > Mystery > Passive 1, Chase

But honestly the difference between them is not so big, so there is no real priority depending on your needs. Just a small reference
