TenTails Obito is considered a very premium ninja, so it is unlikely that the devs will put him into a fukurokumaru's deal, though not impossible. If he were put into this event, it would be for a very high price. I will submit this suggestion for you, but be aware that the devs may not implement it due to his high cost.
