If i delte enemy in Matsuri with Obito (kamui) and retreat then the enemy will recover again in next fight? That is, he is not considerd dead?

Hello, this mystery causes the opponent to disappear temporarily, and if all other units are killed before the kamui'ed unit reappears, they are registered as defeated, so this is likely the case for this as well.

I just removed Kisame from one player, but in the next battle I ran into him and Kisame was there. A player stronger than me, I gave up right after Kisame was sent off.

Bro lol . You only removed him for that battle, u cant deny his revival potions afterwards, Obito is too OP anyways, we dont need him to break the functions in the game too.

You killed him, but he proceeded to revive him for his next matsuri fight using revival potions. If Obito was made the way u think he is made, he would be the only ninja in the game who would break functions.

Hello,
This should have "killed" that Kisame for that fight under the cir*stances you described, making him unusable for the rest of the event. However, as was mentioned, your opponent simply needed to spend a few revive potions to bring that Kisame back to use again for Matsuri. They have up to three revive options in matsuri (six if they used the R&D option) to bring back ninjas they like for this event.
