I noticed this inconsistency too. For example Edo Minato was easy to breathrought and for Kushina it took 5x more resources to make just 2 skills golden. Is there a list of how much tries are needed for various ninjas? At first i though the chances are same for all ninjas but apparently they aren't
This is called RNG. It's random, everyone is affected the same way. I used well over 10x the resources to fully BT my Minato Edo compared
to my Kushina Hot Blood. Yes, it's frustrating to not get full gold (or even just 3-4) however this is what it means to be Random.
As such, there is no such thing as a "list of how many tries needed", it can be from 1 to a billion (1,000,000,000), you just need to keep trying
or collect fragments to force the breakthroughs.
