The only way to make them pay attention is too stop spending money. If we all stopped spending money for one week, they might actually care abput us. They would gove us decent events and stop screwing us over.
Quoted for truth. We usually get brand new content in our region when many people, especially spenders, quit or stop recharging for a while.
jokes aside we might need to talk to a lawyer to see what exactly is false advertising by the law, if the forum is considerate advertizement space, then those multiple bait`n`switch might make a case for false advertising, a class action lawsuit is not expensive and everyone can participate into, if someone more versed in the domain or knows someone, im very curious about this subject
at this point, not recharging for a week might do nothing, this is the only way now, as i said drop a class action lawsuit and they will wake up... people might say "is just a game for kids bro", no, not when there are so much money involved...

"All information present in the game is the final and correct information."
Just because of this sentence, there's nothing you can do. It clearly implies that the information we get on Wednesday is just a "maybe".

And you know there many country like canada have law that are "maybe" information are mostly illegal. If the company make a error on a item price, it's there error. They have some choice after, but they need to pay for the mistake not just said we're sorry.
The best exemple i see was a case where the company offer diamanty jewelry for a great price. When people arrive to the market, there was only 100 of them but thousand of people show up. The company was force to offer the diamant jewelry to any personne that show up at the same price. That cost the company a huge a amount of money because here, if you announce a item and there a limited amount of them in the shop, it's need to be announce. If it's not show in the advertising, they need to pay for the error.
Here they said a "item" should be in sell at X date, Or only some hours before the "sell" begin they change the info for a other thing. For sure it's illegal without compensation. Here it's against the law because you attempt to attract or ,for the situation, insiste people to pay a amount of money without giving what they was expecting.
Oasis: new events
Players: REEEE, give us free ninjas, bad events, greedy company
Repeat every week
"New" events, lol. That's the thing, they're not. They hardly ever introduce novel/interesting events, just repeat a cycle of especially boring ones over and over again. How many times have we had this worthless summer memories activity? It's not even summer anymore (in the Northern Hemisphere, which the EN servers are catering to), and I remember we only started having this event show back up around spring/summer 2021. Well, it's had its time. Can we please go back to events like Treasure of the Sage, so people can finish piecing ninjas together and get the summon upgrade fragments they need? When I started playing this game over a year ago there was a much greater diversity of events every month.
Also, I'm in your server cluster and you're not even a whale, so I don't know why you are complaining about players asking for free ninjas. It would benefit you as a f2p/low spender to get more free ninjas, so why are you siding with the whales (genuinely asking)?

this is not how it works in the court of law, advertising is separate of in-game information, being separate means that the sentence is useless
